Welcome to MetaAllun. These terms apply to your access and use of the website located at MetaAllun.trade and related services.

1. Services

MetaAllun offers tools and support to simplify meta-analysis tasks. These services include data structuring guidance, result interpretation sessions, and custom feedback.

1.1 Reimbursement and Rescheduling

For scheduled consultation and live support, you may cancel at least 48 hours before the session and choose to reschedule at no extra fee. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours in advance, you may request a reimbursement of the paid fee in the form of a credit toward future services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to the specialist time reserved.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include templates, guides, and on-demand courses designed to assist with meta-analysis workflows. Once delivered, these items cannot be modified or transferred.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy

Because digital products are intangible and delivered instantly, all sales are final. No reimbursement can be issued after download.

3. Physical Goods

Printed manuals and study kits are available for purchase. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange or partial reimbursement.

3.1 Sending Back Items

Please ship the item to the address below. Once inspected, we will issue a reimbursement via the original payment channel within 14 business days or arrange for a replacement.

5. Changes to These Terms
